We love the location of this hotel with easy access to the city center, S, bahn, and MB museum. the rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable with great service from the friendly staff. the breakfast selection is excellent with frequent refilling.
The surroundings are not as touristy as expected.

Great location within walking distance of the city center, close to public transportation and the Mercedes-Benz museum. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful, making for a top-of-the-line experience.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel was small and cozy, and the staff were attentive and accommodating. the continental breakfast included a variety of hot items, such as sausages and eggs, in addition to the expected cold meats and breads. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and nearby concert halls.
The ongoing construction in the area made the parking situation somewhat tricky, with a crane obstructing access to the parking lot behind the hotel. the coffee was not available 24/7, which may be a drawback for some guests who enjoy a late-night caffeine fix.

The hotel was small and had very friendly staff that were accommodating and always willing to help. The strong WIFI connection was a plus and the key location made it easy to access the city center and other attractions.
The breakfast selection was limited and the bread was too hard. The pillows were also too large and when we requested for a baby crib, we were not given a blanket for our son and there was no towel for him in the bathroom.
